1. Overview
The Silver Package Website is a once-off web design product offered by Papkrast Group, providing clients with a single-page responsive website that includes essential features for small businesses and entrepreneurs. The following terms apply specifically to this product.
2. Inclusions
The Silver Package Website includes the following features:
- 1 Custom Web Page Design
- About / Overview / Introduction Section
- Service and Product Listings (up to 10 entries)
- Image Gallery (up to 15 images)
- Responsive Mobile-Friendly Design
- WhatsApp Chat Integration
- Contact Form
- Google Business Location Map Integration
3. Delivery Timeline
Papkrast Group commits to delivering the Silver Package Website within 3 working days from the time of:
- Receipt of full payment
- Submission of all required content (text, images, business information, etc.)
Delays caused by incomplete submissions or revisions may affect the delivery timeline.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing:
- Accurate business information and contact details
- High-resolution images (where applicable)
- Clear descriptions of services or products
- Login credentials for social media or third-party integrations, if required
5. Payment Terms
- Total cost: R4950 (VAT Inclusive, if applicable)
- 100% payment is required upfront to initiate the project
- Payments are non-refundable once the design process has started
6. Revisions
- This package includes one (1) round of basic revisions
- Additional revisions or feature requests will be billed separately at our standard hourly rate
7. Hosting & Domain
- This package does not include hosting or domain registration
- Papkrast Group can offer hosting and domain services at an additional cost upon request
8. Ownership & Rights
- Upon full payment and project completion, the client will own the rights to the website content and layout
- Papkrast Group retains the right to showcase the website in its portfolio or promotional material
9. Limitations
This package is designed for small, informational websites and does not include:
- E-commerce functionality
- Multi-page websites
- Custom web applications
- Ongoing maintenance or SEO services (available separately)
10. Support
- Basic support is offered for up to 7 days after delivery for technical issues related to the features listed above
- Ongoing support and maintenance packages are available upon request
11. Liability
Papkrast Group will not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or performance of the website after handover, including but not limited to loss of income or data.
