Terms & Conditions: Gold Package Brand Design

Price: R12,950 (Once-off)
Provider: Papkrast Group (Pty) Ltd

1. Scope of Work

The Gold Package includes the following deliverables:

  • Full brand strategy and brand identity development
  • Custom logo design (primary, secondary, favicon)
  • Typography & font system
  • Color palette development
  • Business card & email signature design
  • Social media starter kit (profile & post templates)
  • Basic brand guide (PDF)
  • Two revision rounds per asset
  • Final assets delivered in high-resolution formats (.AI, .PDF, .PNG, .SVG)

2. Project Timeline

Estimated turnaround time: 2–3 weeks

  • Week 1: Discovery & Strategy
  • Week 2: Concept Design
  • Week 3: Final Revisions & Delivery

Timelines depend on prompt client feedback and cooperation. Delays in response may extend the delivery window.


3. Client Responsibilities

To initiate your project, the following must be submitted:

  • Completed onboarding form
  • Written brand goals or business mission
  • Any inspiration, references, or competitor brands
  • Full payment confirmation
  • Clear and timely communication during the design process

Papkrast Group is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or lack of client engagement.


4. Payment Terms

  • Full payment of R12,950 is required to begin work.
  • Payments must be made via our website’s secure checkout or official invoice.
  • All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

5. Revisions & Approval

  • This package includes two (2) revision rounds per asset.
  • Additional revisions will be billed at R850 per hour.
  • Once designs are approved, no further changes will be made unless billed separately.

Client is responsible for carefully reviewing and approving each stage before final delivery.


6. Ownership & Usage Rights

Upon final payment and project completion:

  • The Client receives full commercial rights to all final approved brand assets.
  • Papkrast Group retains the right to showcase the work in portfolios, case studies, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.

Preliminary or unused concepts remain the intellectual property of Papkrast Group.


7. Confidentiality

Any confidential or proprietary information shared between the Client and Papkrast Group will be kept strictly private and will not be shared or disclosed to any third parties without consent.


8. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of design work:

  • Refunds are not available once work has begun.
  • If a project is cancelled before work begins, a cancellation fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund.
  • In cases where Papkrast Group must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

9. Support & Aftercare

  • Post-delivery support is available for 14 days after final files are handed over.
  • Any additional support or design tasks will be quoted separately.
  • Clients may upgrade to another branding or web package at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

Papkrast Group is not liable for:

  • Loss of data or brand reputation due to client misuse of assets
  • Any legal issues arising from the misuse of provided assets
  • Delays due to force majeure (illness, natural disaster, technical issues)

11. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with the Gold Package purchase, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined above. These terms may be updated periodically without prior notice.
