Product Name: Gold Multimedia Package
1. Scope of Service
- Up to 5 multimedia deliverables per month including short video edits, podcast post-production, social media animations, and branded audio visuals.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Client must submit:
- Creative brief for each request
- Raw footage, audio, or images
- Access to logos and brand elements
- Intended usage (e.g., TikTok, YouTube, IG Reels)
3. Turnaround & Delivery
- Turnaround is typically 3–6 business days per deliverable.
- One (1) revision per deliverable is included.
- Google Drive will be used for all file delivery.
4. Revisions
- One free revision included per piece.
- Additional revisions are billed at R750 per round.
5. Ownership & Usage Rights
- Client owns the final media after payment.
- Papkrast Group may showcase the project in its portfolio.
- Request for source files will incur an extra fee.
6. Payment Terms
- Payable upfront each month.
- Auto-renewal unless cancelled with notice.
7. Unused Deliverables
- No rollovers allowed; unused items expire monthly.
8. Cancellation Policy
No partial refunds for work already in progress.
Cancel anytime with a 30-day written notice.
