Package Value: R13,950 per month
Ideal For: SMEs, growing startups, e-commerce businesses, and content-driven entrepreneurs.
1. Contract Duration
- Monthly subscription.
- Minimum commitment: 2 months.
- Cancel with at least 14 days’ notice before renewal.
2. Payment Terms
- Full monthly payment required upfront to activate design cycle.
- Missed payments delay service initiation.
3. Design Limits
- Up to 12 custom marketing artworks per month.
- 1 revision per artwork included.
- Extra designs billed at discounted package rate.
4. Turnaround Time
- 3–5 working days per design.
- Animated content or campaign designs may take longer.
- Rushed requests (under 48 hrs) subject to additional charges.
5. Client Requirements
- Submit briefs and content by the 1st of each month.
- Provide brand assets, goals, or marketing themes.
- Engage in 1–2 short strategy check-ins.
6. Support & Communication
- Support via WhatsApp or email during business hours.
- Google Drive folder for artwork delivery and review.
- Access to lightweight campaign analytics (on request).
7. Copyright & Usage
- Papkrast Group retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio.
- You retain full usage rights to approved final designs.
8. Upgrades & Downgrades
Downgrades require at least 1 billing cycle notice.
