Product Name: Black Multimedia Package
Price: R28,950 per month
1. Scope of Service
- This package includes up to 10 multimedia deliverables per month, chosen from a defined list.
- Work includes editing, animation, branding, sound design, and strategy sessions.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Client must provide:
- Completed creative brief at the start of each cycle
- Logo, brand assets, and visual guidelines
- Raw video, images, or audio for production
- Scripts or prompts for narration or subtitle creation
3. Turnaround & Delivery
- Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days per item.
- Complex animations or layered audio edits may require additional time.
- Rush orders (24–48 hrs) available at a 20% surcharge.
- All content will be delivered via Google Drive with a permanent link provided.
4. Revisions
- Up to two (2) rounds of revisions per deliverable are included.
- Additional revision rounds will be charged at R950 per round.
5. Ownership & Usage Rights
- Final products are owned by the client upon payment.
- Papkrast Group retains the right to use finished work for its own portfolio and promotional purposes.
- Raw project files can be requested but incur a transfer fee.
6. Payment Terms
- Full payment required before work begins.
- Package is a monthly retainer with a 3-month minimum contract.
- Failure to pay on time may delay project delivery.
7. Unused Deliverables
- Unused deliverables do not roll over into the next month.
8. Cancellation Policy
No refunds for current month once work has begun.
30-day written notice required to cancel.
