Package Value: R36,950 per month
Ideal For: Established businesses, agencies, and enterprises needing high-volume, fast-paced, campaign-ready design services.
1. Contract Duration
- Subscription is billed monthly.
- Minimum engagement: 3 months.
- Cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice.
2. Payment Terms
- 50% upfront deposit required to initiate the month’s cycle.
- Remaining 50% due by the 15th of the month.
- Late payments may result in paused delivery.
3. Design Limits
- Maximum of 30 marketing design artworks per month.
- Unused design slots do not carry over to the following month.
- Up to two revisions per artwork. Additional revisions billed separately.
4. Turnaround Time
- Standard turnaround per item: 2–4 working days.
- Campaign work and animations may require 5–7 working days.
- Urgent requests (within 24 hours) may incur an express fee.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Submit content briefs at least 48 hours before desired start.
- Provide all assets (logos, photos, product info, etc.) promptly.
- Approve artwork revisions within 48 hours to stay on schedule.
6. Communication & Support
- Priority support via dedicated WhatsApp group or Slack channel.
- Monthly Zoom strategy meetings (up to 6).
- Regular performance check-ins.
7. Ownership & Licensing
- Final approved artwork belongs to the client.
- Working files (editable PSD, AI, etc.) can be requested at an additional fee unless otherwise included.
8. Scope Creep
New requests outside agreed scope (e.g., print orders, photography, web design) billed separately or referred to relevant department.
