By purchasing the Silver Package Brand Design from Papkrast Group, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Scope of Work
Includes:
- Custom logo design (primary only)
- Color palette
- Typography suggestion
- One social media profile image
- One round of revisions
- Final logo file in .PNG and .PDF format
2. Turnaround Time
Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days
Delays caused by late client responses may extend timelines.
3. Client Requirements
To start the project:
- Submit brief via provided form
- Share company/business name and tagline (if any)
- Full payment confirmation
4. Payment Terms
- Full payment (R4,950) upfront
- Non-refundable after work has begun
5. Revisions & Approval
- One (1) round of revisions included
- Additional changes billed at R650/hour
6. Usage & Ownership
- Full commercial rights granted upon final delivery and payment
- Papkrast Group retains the right to showcase the work
7. Support
- 7-day post-delivery support window
- Additional work available at hourly or custom quote
8. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancel before project start: 10% admin fee
- No refunds after design begins
9. Legal
Papkrast Group is not liable for misuse, trademark conflicts, or any post-delivery alterations by the Client.
