3. Delivery Timeline
Delivery will take place within 7–10 working days, beginning from:
- Receipt of 100% payment
- Submission of all required content, images, business details, and login credentials (if applicable)
Delays in content submission may impact delivery timelines.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide:
- A registered domain name for your website.
- A Reliable hosting service for your website.
- All web content (text, product info, images, etc.)
- Access to relevant accounts (e.g., social media, email platforms)
- Clear feedback within 24–48 hours to keep the project on schedule
5. Payment Terms
- The full amount of R24,950 is required upfront to begin work
- This fee is non-refundable once the design process begins
6. Revisions
- The Gold Package includes 2 rounds of design revisions
- Additional changes will be billed at Papkrast Group’s hourly rate
7. Ownership
Once payment is complete and the website is delivered, ownership of the website’s content and structure is transferred to the client. Papkrast Group may showcase the site in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Maintenance
- One (1) month of free maintenance is included
- Ongoing maintenance plans are available at additional cost
9. Exclusions
This package does not include:
- E-commerce setup
- Custom web applications
- Multilingual setup
- Advanced marketing or SEO services
